First Chance / CalGRIP
The First Chance Program serves young adults, ages 14 to 24 who are current gang members, gang-involved or at-risk of gang involvement. The program provides educational opportunities, after-school tutoring, work readiness training and employment assistance. First Chance creates a support system that connects youth participants with needed community resources and encouragement to reach positive outcomes.
